You have been called in as an external HR consultant and your task is to design a poster presentation that will be delivered to the HR department and senior management. in the poster presentation, you will outline the following:

Question 1. an evaluation of the impact of the cost reduction decisions made on motivation and employee engagement. you should make reference to relevant theories of motivation and engagement.

Question 2. An outline of the issues to be considered in developing an engagement strategy in a situation where there will be short-medium bonus reductions.

Question 3. A set of recommendations in which you will specify particular courses of action and identify responsibility for their implementation.

This is your opportunity to demonstrate your ability to apply knowledge and understanding. the recommendations will be judged in terms of their predicted effectiveness; this will involve a rating of their theoretical grounding (i.e. are they based on reliable theory?) as well as of their practicality, feasibility, and originality.
