Recently, Dr. Jones had informed the other partners of his decision to retire. Due to financial constraints, the practice had delayed implementing an Electronic Health Record (EHR) and updating technology within the office. With Dr. Jones retiring, these upgrades would become even more challenging to achieve. Dr. Henry, Dr. Michaels, and the remaining partners have merged with a larger clinic from a nearby city.
As the Assistant HIM Manager, you will act as the change agent for the HIM department during this transition. You decide to refresh your knowledge of the different change models to predict the employees' reactions and prepare a response.
