Mockups and Storyboards

Sketches/Mockups/Wireframes are simple, quickly executed drawings that illustrate essential concepts without providing details.

Your task for this assessment is to demonstrate the sketching process from original concept through to refined storyboard.

Based on your personas and stories you should develop a complete storyboard for three features of the software system (at least one simple and two complex interactions). These storyboards should include multiple mockups.

A simple storyboard would include between three and five mockups, while a complex storyboard should inlcude at least six mockups. The submission should also demonstrate the iterative process involved in designing for the UX. To indicate this, there should be multiple versions of many of the individual mockups, demonstrating how they have been refined.

Persona number#1

Joe Martin is really overburdened with the routine manual tasks and he wants to monitor the overall progress of his staff. The current manual work is so hectic even he don't have time to assign tasks to his staff due to which the resources doing nothing. Similarly, people working in groups sometimes start fighting that this task is not my job responsibility, and this moves to clashes.

Persona number#2

Blake white working under the supervision of Joe Martin for different tasks. Due to the job nature the biggest hurdle we even don't know what is assigned to me which effects the company and of course led to frustration due to warnings from supervisor. Most of the times supervisor has assigned task but we even don't know task is assigned to us due to communication gap.

(d) Click on the task list app and it shows welcome screen

(e) Joe input the login credentials

(f) After login it shows the menu and Joe click on See all tasks

(b) Unlock the phone and Joe see the apps list

(d) Joe input the login credentials

(e) After login it shows the menu and Joe click on schedule task

(f)it will schedule the task by adding further details

Task-3

(a) Touching the screen it show phone is lock

(b) Unlock the phone and Joe see the apps list

(d) Joe input the login credentials

(e) After login it shows the menu and Joe click on group task management

(f)Then Joe will choose the group

(g)Type the name of person and long press to delete it.

You will be assessed on the completeness of your document as well as your creativity in describing functionality of system features. Your submission should be structured to indicate the iterative changes. This will be best demonstrated by having versions of the mockups from original concept in the first pages through to the last pages showing the final versions of the individual mockups. It is expected that there will be at least two iterations of at least five individual mockups (i.e., 5 mockups will have at least an original and final version, while other mockups developed can just be presented as the final version).
