Consider the images distributed (or collected) as a part of your project. Develop the equivalent of a low pass filter in both the spatial and frequency domain that is capable of producing highly effective results in the frequency domain whilst poor results in the spatial domain. Reason out, why such an effect is being observed?

Note: If required, pre-process that image in order to meet the specified condition above.

You will notice that in each of such images, one can see has glaring white in regions of light and the shadow regions of darkness. Using a frequency domain technique covered in the course, enhance the image and compare your results with previously obtained results from the spatial domain. Compare the results of the filtering process keeping in mind, metric of performance, efficiency and effectiveness.
