Question 1. Carefully read the following: You need to demonstrate to your assessor that you can use digital devices on three occasions. This includes:

Turning the device on.

Using the device's basic functions to organise files/information and update stored information.

Shutting down and powering off the device. You need to follow the device's user information to demonstrate that you can use the devices in the right way when you complete each of these three observations. You must use at least two different devices on the three occasions. Your assessor will set all of this up for you. For example, you may use a laptop and a desktop on three occasions, or an Apple computer and a Microsoft computer, or even a tablet or iPad. The device used for Occasions 2 and 3 must have the ability to plug in a USB device so you can save and move files from the device onto the storage device. i Your assessor will observe you complete the following steps. You are allowed to ask your assessor for assistance when you need it and/or use the Help function if you need to check how to do something.
