When he asks executives if their CRM have helped them to grow, they indicate a much higher ‘failure rate'. In your readings for this class you will have seen that CRM has many different functional purposes and aims for the enterprise. Based on the understanding you have gained from your readings; do you agree with Edinger about how he believes there needs to be an increase in sales to demonstrate return on investment in the system?
