Description of the assessment

In the module handbook you learnt that for this coursework you will work on a critical analysis of your personal development on this module. Your analysis should be based on your learning from three key experiences:

One experience from the leadership development or personal development classes and
Two different experiences from your own professional or organisational context

You should use appropriate theories, models and academic sources discussed within the module to reflect upon, analyse and evaluate the experiences. As part of your assignment, you should use your analysis to develop a detailed personal development plan and identify how it contributes to the business/organisation.
