Assignment: For this activity, you will be creating a series of training videos for a group of new employees at your company. You work at a marketing company that employs a wide range of diverse people and has a business-casual dress code.
Step 1: Prep and Plan
You will want to start by looking over the list of requirements for the videos and take some notes on how you will explain and demonstrate each one.
- Demonstrate dispute resolution techniques.
- Identify and demonstrate effective workplace communication skills (verbal, nonverbal, written, electronic).
- Identify and demonstrate positive work attitudes and behaviors.
- Identify and share examples of various forms of written business communications utilized in the workplace.
- Identify and demonstrate appropriate dress and grooming for employment.

Time to start recording!
You may create multiple, short videos demonstrating and explaining each of the requirements, or you may create one longer video that includes all of the requirements and clearly identifies and explains each of them.
You may feel free to use any necessary props that will help you identify, demonstrate, and explain the above topics to the best of your ability. Feel free to get creative, but make sure to keep the total length of your videos to 15 minutes maximum.
Some of the above items may require that you make up some policies and information about this marketing company to differentiate the videos. Feel free to do this when needed, and only if it is appropriate and relevant.
