Select an organization within UAE and critically evaluate the company's systems and issues as it pertains to relevant Organizational Behavior topics taught in class that can lead to a set of recommendations. The assessment intends to gauge the student's ability to articulate understanding and the application of key organizational behavior concepts by studying an organization. This will test student's rational reasoning, knowledge application, and analytical skill as well as clarity of Organizational Behavior concepts in line with the course learning outcomes.
