d. Examine the essential elements of market intelligence designs.
e. Identify the major differences between qualitative and quantitative research. Contrast qualitative and quantitative data analysis.
f. Discuss the role of constructs, variables, and relationships in survey research. Explain experiments and the types of variables used in causal research designs, as well as sampling theories and questionnaire design.
g. Describe the process for data preparation and analysis.
h. Understand the major differences between qualitative and quantitative research, and how these apply to the functional components of the business.
You should use the Internet; electronic news agencies or journals to research a current event that should be 1 to 3 years old. An analysis should be conducted on your researched current event (related to 2 CLO's). Each student must create a discussion response that includes:
-A summary of the event
-A brief statement about the relationship of the current event to the CLO(s)
