Learning Outcome 1: Demonstrate a critical awareness of knowledge issues, as the basis for original thinking; encompassing current processes of knowledge production related to the provision of information technologies in business (KN3, SK1, SK5, AR1, SD2).

Learning Outcome 2: Synthesize advanced problem-solving skills to analyse highly complex issues with incomplete data and develop innovative solutions and proposals relevant to technology in modern business organizations. (KN2, SK3, AR2, RC2, SD3)

1: Critically evaluate opportunities in a variety of contexts using innovative approaches to create value for stakeholders and society.

2: Demonstrate the ability to make decisions based on ethical values and social awareness

3: Select appropriate research instruments to address domestic factors and drivers in the global context.

Assessment Requirement:

Students are required to address the following questions related to the case study: "Shifting patterns: The future of the logistics industry"

1. Investigate the various problems and challenges transportation and logistics industry face due to lack of having the right technology in their operation.

2. Compare between different disrupting factors effecting the logistics industry and evaluate their implications for individual companies.

3. Analyse the role of emerging technologies in reaching the transposition organizations competitive advantages and evaluate the digital fitness procedures proposed in the given case study.
