Demand for Certifications in Human Resources

There is certainly an increase in demand for these certifications in organizations. When I worked in training and development, these certifications were required. Now, when you see an ad for an HR position, if often is. I have taken the PHR certification test and it is a broad base of HR knowledge. I learned most of the content in my HR degree program, but not all HR staff has a degree related to HR.
