I work for a healthcare organization that had to adapt because of the COVID pandemic. The demand and availability of services changed dramatically, and our organization had to make necessary changes to its seven Ps of its service marketing. The organization had to focus on promoting telehealth appointments and training staff on how to promote and execute telehealth appointments. Staff had to be trained on how to adequately conduct a telehealth appointment and managing the patients expectations. The organization has since promoted telehealth appointments and have seen a dramatic increase in the number of virtual appointments.
