The action plans must include roles and responsibilities of the human resources team, line managers, and external contractors (if appropriate). Action plans must contain:

  • Service specifications (e.g. service level agreements)
  • Performance standards (SMART Goals / KPIs)
  • Timeframes (when e.g. March 2018 / GANTT Chart).
