Approximately 49.8% of employees said they left Global Power Tools because there was no mentor program and 11.76% said they left because of there was no orientation program. In addition, the average on-boarding process at Global Power Tools is about 90 days due in part to the large amounts of paperwork that has to be transmitted between new hires and Global Power Tools. The hiring process has become so difficult for all parties that it delays other functions and contributes to turnover. What do you suggest to help fix these issues? ( answer no less than 250 words)
