Delayed behavior results in poorer health outcomes and is costly to the health care system. Imagine the case of someone who has cancer symptoms. Based on Safer's model of delayed behavior, please discuss how you would specifically intervene with this person by addressing each step of Safer's model. That is, discuss the following fours steps:

1) how you would get them past appraisal delay,

2) illness delay,

3) utilization delay, and

4) medical delay. Provide separate answers for each of the 4 steps and number each of the 4 steps clearly (1-4). Each your 4 responses will be scored separately; combined answers will not be graded.
