- Discussion of the risks involved and strategies to ameliorate them
The proposal should also include specific details about:
- How the proposal fits with the IT investment portfolio of the organization.
- A Plan to charge users for the proposed IT system.
- A discussion of the key levers to address any change management issues.
- A specific change management strategy depending on the nature of the system and/or the nature of the organization.
