Purpose of Assignment: The purpose of the final assignment is to bring together all elements of the Course Project from Modules 01 to Module 05 into the culmination of one singular paper. Students will then provide a presentation of the final paper into a PowerPoint Presentation that will highlight final course take-a-ways and learning throughout the past 5 weeks through five themes.

Instructions:

The Course Project in Module 06 is two Parts. You have completed supervision with Dr. Rasmussen. This week, you will be submitting your portfolio presenting evidence of your understanding of cultural characteristics in practice with diverse populations so that your performance evaluation can be completed in the next week. In Module 06 you will do the following:

Part I: In a single document, compile your Course Projects from Modules 01-05. Utilize the feedback from your instructor to make the necessary edits. When compiling each section of the portfolio, ensure that you have subheadings to separate each section and that you have cited all facts throughout your work. The final pages of your submission should consist of an alphabetized Reference listing of all sources used in completing this task over the past 5 weeks. Your total portfolio should be 15 pages minimum-not including the Reference Page(s).

Part II: The final aspect of the HUS 3270 Course Project consists of presenting to your colleagues during an all-team collaborative. Dr. Rasmussen has sent an email to the entire team requesting everyone's engagement at the all-team collaborative that is entitled, "Teamwork Makes the Dream Work: Collectively Fulfilling Our Mission". This all-team collaborative, or professional development activity, is where everyone is responsible for developing a 7-10-minute PowerPoint in which you will discuss your learning throughout the past six weeks. PowerPoint Presentations should focus on the following five guiding themes:

• Self-Reflective Practice: Moving Forward
• Applying Cultural Diversity with Disadvantaged Groups
• Defining Cultural Humility in Human Services Practice
• Engaging Diverse Client Populations Through Cultural Humility
• Celebrating Multiculturalism Through Community Engagement
