However, you notice in the 2020 data that for Malheur County Oregon, the rate was 36.8 births per 1000 females aged 15. To 19. Many of these teenagers do not receive prenatal care until late in the pregnancy. You are working with community-based organizations that serve teens to come up with some strategies to increase prenatal care. Your group wants to look into the role of the male partner and whether the male partner's involvement affects prenatal care.
