A cook wants to use vinegar to react with baking soda (Sodium hydrogen carbonate) in a bread recipe to produce carbon dioxide, which makes the bread light and fluffy. If the vinegar is a 5.25% solution of acetic acid by mass, what volume of vinegar would be needed to react with 18.00 grams of baking soda? Assume the density of vinegar is the same as that of water.
