For this problem assume that a month has 30 days, the price of electricity is $0.06 per kwhr, the heat capacity of water is 4.18 J/C*gram, that the water is heated from 20 to 70 C and that the water heater is 100% efficient. You can use the conversion factor from the problem above and you may need to look up other conversion factors.
