Case Scenario

As a food waiter in the bistro at The Righteous Inn you have become awarethat two employees(John and Jane) who also work in the bistro seem to be in conflict with each other and you are concerned this tension is adversely affecting the guestsand the other employees in the room.

You noticedwhat you thoughtmight be this problem about a week ago and you have been monitoring the situation ever since.

You have come to the conclusion the situation is real and appears to be getting worse, not better. You decide something needs to be done about the problem and elect to discuss it with a couple of team membersat the next break youhave.

For example:

The owner has said they value charging the right price for everything sold above everything else you do, and you believe customer service is the most important thing.
