Problem: I agree that executive pay is fair as long as it is reasonable and does not compromise pay equity. In my opinion, executive pay can be reasonable based on industry, company size, and performance metrics. Everyone's opinion varies because trying to define what an executive actually does is a complex issue that encompasses so much. In your opinion how can companies avoid demoralizing employees when compensating executives?
