Approximately 250 mol of an ideal gas expands adiabatically and irreversibly from 2 m3 to 5 m3 against a constant restraining force of 100 kPa. Initially, the temperature and pressure of the gas are 300 K and 700 kPa. For this gas, Cv=25 J/mol K. Calculate the work done by the gas and its final temperature.
