Overview of Strategic Plan

Choose a health care organization to use for your course project. You may use the organization where you currently work or where you worked previously, or you may opt to use the Community Hospital Healthcare System: A Strategic Management Case Study, linked in the Resources. You should have enough knowledge about the organization to complete the course assignments.

Consult your completed Worksheet 1 as you begin your work on this assignment. You will not submit this worksheet, but will use the information you add to the worksheet to develop an overview of the strategic planning process for the organization you chose. You will also need to support your work on this assignment with references to at least three professional resources.
