Reflessia Trust Limited practices an inclusive work environment that includes respecting its employees' values, contributions, and differences. However, conflict among members of the organization emerged soon after a new manager, Angelica Pickles, was appointed. Members of the organization perceived the new manager as incompetent and arrogant. While Angelica Pickles thought employees in Reflessia Trust Limited are naïve, too cautious, and not motivated. Therefore, Angelica Pickles decided to use her power as the new manager to impose new policies regardless of strong resistance from the employees. Members of Reflessia Trust Limited started to split into two fractions; one pro and another against the new policies.
