a solution of 4.00 g of sodium carbonate is mixed with one containing 4.00 g of silver nitrate. after the reaction is complete, the solutions are a mixture of salts. how many grams of sodium carbonate, silver nitrate, silver carbonate, and sodium nitrate are present after the reaction is complete.

Na2CO3 +2AgNO3 ---> Ag2CO3 + 2NaNO3

I know the limiting reactant is AGNO3. But for finding the grams of the products would the equation be

0.012 mol of AgNO3 x 1 mol of AgCO3/ 2 moles of AgNO3 x 276 grams of AgCO3/1 mol of AgCO3?
