1. Develop a "sustainability policy" for your current place of employment or a simulated horticultural, agribusiness or agricultural enterprise. In your policy document you must address the following.

Define the scope of your sustainability policy.

Reference and gather information from a range of sources to plan and develop policy.

Identify and consult (if possible) stakeholders when developing your policy.

Include appropriate strategies in policy at all stages of work for.

1. Minimising resource use in an agricultural / horticultural / agribusiness workplace scenario.

2 Waste, water, or soil management, related to contamination and persistent residue in an agricultural / horticultural / agribusiness workplace scenario.

3. Reducing toxic material and hazardous chemical use (in a workplace scenario).

4. Employing life cycle management approaches, this may also be for urban forest management.

Make recommendations for policy options based on likely effectiveness, timeframes and cost.

Show how your policy reflects the enterprises commitment to sustainability as an integral part of business planning and as a business opportunity.
