Stigma is defined as a kind of disgrace related to a particular circumstance or physical condition which inmapct a person who is facing a disability or an illness. This led to discrimination, insecurity, rejection. Particularly for individuals with invisible conditions, navigating systems of support can feel overwhelmingly challenging. It is essential to challenge assumptions that stigmatize the ill and recognize the systematic barriers that impede recovery.
