Take an everyday product or service and propose a radical remake of it (i.e., something that will not come as a natural evolution of the product like smartphones with better cameras and longer battery lives). SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS You are expected to:

1. Define the product or service you plan to radically change.

2. Chose a combination of frameworks used in class to help you develop the new concept.

3. Clearly demonstrate how you have applied the frameworks l to propose the change.

4. Clearly describe the new concept (including features).

5. Clearly describe how this new product (or service) is either a better fit for current markets or will potentially create a new market. You must do your homework and be sure your concept is not already available in the market. I will naturally google your idea.

6. Estimate the market potential for the product (or service). It is fine to use secondary data to support this requirement (e.g., sales of a product or service your idea will replace).

7. If you satisfy items 1 to 6, there is no firm formatting requirements for this assignment. You will be free to use your preferred form of communication. Some of you may find a businesslike report the best way to deliver. Some may prefer a poster with all relevant information clearly connected in a visual way. Others will prepare presentation slides or videos with animation. You are not limited to any form of submission but check with the instructor before submitting it.
