There are a number of PIZZA product oriented Outlets in Zambia for which a Case study is being undertaken on Six (6) of them. You as an Operations Strategist have been assigned One of them with the aim of carrying out an analysis on the Outlet's competitiveness and performance by critically reviewing the Five (5) Performance Objectives and Four (4) Decision areas as currently deployed and employed on the Outlet's Operations. As you carry out the review answer the following questions through discourse and discussion:

(a) Name the PIZZA outlet that you are studying and state briefly its Mission, Values and Vision of the PIZZA outlet. Out of the Five (5) Performance Objectives commonly used for business competitiveness, state and briefly explain the Performance objectives on which the PIZZA house/outlet is currently employing to compete on the market.

(b)By use a Matrix (i) What what critical level do these Performance objectives identified in 1.(a) interact with the Four (4) Decision areas (state the Four Decision areas as well).

Note: The matrix should consider criticality of all the Five (5) Performance objectives and all Four(4) Decision areas (Score thus ***Pivotal, Critical and *Secondary)
