I have a presentation due tomorrow noon is just a 3 power point slides with 2 pages in Word about what Im goint to say in the presentation.

Basically Im analyzing this company and one of them issues is that the employees have lack of concentration at work because of surfing the internet (facebook, 9gag, etc), so I came up with a solution of the employees being prohibited to surf the internet unless they finish with their daily tasks using some monitoring system.

But I need to apply this solution using 2 chapters of the lectures about Organizational Behavior, Job Performance, and Organizational Commitment.

This job wont take more than 2 hrs, I will provide the chapters and some guiance.
