Question: Manufacturing and Product Development The efficiency of an electric toothbrush is often judged by the rotation speed, in revolutions per minute (rpm). Two brands were selected for comparison, and independent random samples of each electric toothbrush were obtained. The rotation speed for each toothbrush was measured, and the summary statistics are given in the following table.
