Question Step 1:

Choose a training topic that is of interest to you, and one that you have some basic level of knowledge in with regards to subject-matter-expertise.

It could be something work-related or something of personal interest to you such as gardening or carpentry.
Develop three training objectives that will clearly define the aim of the content for the program.

Step 2:

Prepare a facilitator's guide, or lesson plan, that will aid you in delivering the training topic you have identified.

The lesson plan should have at least six key components that have been reviewed in the course and be detailed enough that another facilitator with subject-matter-expertise could review it and have a good sense of the overall layout and delivery (including timing) of the program.

The lesson plan should be no more than two pages.
