At 25°C, the vapor pressure of pure hexane is 20.3 kPa and the vapor pressure of pure heptane is 6.08 kPa The activity relative to a pure liquid standard state is defined as the ratio of Pi (the vapor pressure of a species over the solution) to Pi * (the vapor pressure of the pure liquid). By how much does the chemical potential of hexane change if the mole fraction of hexane is changed from 0.380 to 0.250, ?
