You have recently arrived from either the USA or an EU country other than the UK. You have trained in, and practised, one of the following professions in your home country:

a. Sports physiotherapist  or

b. Sports journalist

You wish now to practise your profession in the UK.

1. A: List, and briefly explain the need for, the documentation you will need to practise your profession and any facilities you will need to do business.

1. B: Define your target audience(s) by means of customer personas or otherwise.

1. C: Briefly describe your marketing mix (7Ps) for one of your target audiences

Part 2

Drawing on your understanding of the business of sport, you will discuss the impact of hosting a major sporting event. You will address two themes:  

2. A: Using an example of your choice, discuss the long-term benefits from hosting a major sporting event. 

2. B: Reviewing the evidence, show how governments have tried to use the hosting of a large sports event to increase participation.
