Define Standardization
For recruiting casual workers, general contractors are used. In such cases the names of the workers are not on the company payroll. In such a case the organisation may not have to shoulder all the responsibilities which are to be handled in the case of maintaining a permanent workforce.
It is a procedure for identifying and classifying these sources of manpower supply and using them effectively. A well planned and well managed recruitment process is essential for attracting well qualified candidates. There are many important steps involved in the process let's discuss these steps one by one.
A standardized test is the one which can be administered under standard conditions to a large group of people. The objective of standardization is to obtain standards or norms so that specific test score can be meaningful when compared to the others course in the group.
It is the process of recruitment is determining the strategy for choosing candidates. It involves developing different sources of recruitment, the preferences to be followed, the method to be used and finally the series of activities which are to be carried out.
