Question: We intend to restructure our company (Real Canadian Superstore) a retail chain superstore that doing business nationwide (Canada) with ERP system. Our main competitive is Walmart.

We must prove that our current system is not effective and useful and we cannot use it efficiently. Therefore, it requires to be revised and renewed with ERP system.

Actually, we must define our functional areas and our system and how they are connected to each other. Mention that how and why these actions are not useful enough and how new ERP system can cure our system?
