Question: FAF is a food company just established from a food factory of FAA, a 40 year-old agricultural company in Vietnam. Because FAA is still a big stock-holder of FAF with 29% shares of FAF, the FAF's Board of Directors has requested FAA shared some middle managers in production and sale departments to help FAF set up a necessary organizational structure for a brand-new company. However, the FAA's BOD has not agreed to support FAF as they considered FAF is a new competitor in the existing domestic markets. FAF's BOD still wants to recruit some talent staff from FAA to keep and develop markets from existing ones which they had built previously.
