1. Generate and store 200,000 random numbers in two data structures: ArrayList < Integer> Vector <Integer>
2. Show the memory used by java.util.ArrayList
3. Show the memory used by java.util.Vector
4. Show the time used to search against java.util.Vector
5. Show the time used to search against java.util.ArrayList
