Explain the priorities for designing an HR function in your industry of study. This is the baseline for any company in your industry doing business anywhere in the world. Consider the following:

Employment and retention.
Compensation and benefits.
Training and development.
Employee relations.
Global workforce management.
Corporate social responsibility and ethics.

For each area, develop an objective which will be your focus for all HR activities in this function. Explain why you chose yours objective.
