Discussion Question

If according to Conrad and Poole (2012) "through communication, societies (organizations) develop complex sets of taken-for-granted assumptions that define certain structures and actions as normal and natural" (p. 469) and "the learning culture (organization) must be built on the assumption that communication and information (telling the truth) are central to organizational well-being" (Schein, 2010, p. 369), then how can a leader best instill this communication/culture in an organization?
