Introduction: A critical aspect for all organizations is the employee appraisal process. In fact, performance appraisals play a key role Career Development. How an employee is appraised in their job directly affects their success or failure within the organization and their career as a whole. This paper will focus on comparing and contrasting the employee performance appraisal system among Multinational Corporations (MNCs). Specifically, we will examine the benefits of a standardized performance appraisal system would be beneficial for MNCs. Also, we will discuss how performance appraisals affect the overall job performance of the employees.
