Question 3) Pick a health issue of your choice and a target population of your choice and use one of the models discussed above to plan a program to address the issue. Don't get caught up in the actual programming, this is more about planning, it can be a very basic outline that can be built upon. We may come back to this plan further into the semester. Explain why you chose this particular model.
