1- Define and describe how Hofstede's four dimensions may be applied to the United States. Based upon your answer, what specific advice would you give a US manager looking to conduct business in another country.

Hofstede four dimensions are : uncertainty avoidance, masculinity- femininity, individualism- collectivism, and power distance.

2- Second homework is the same as you did last time you need to watch a movie "Outsourced". For assignment two is required to provide 3 questions and complete answers that relate the theories and concepts in to the plot, characters, scenes, etc. from the movie Outsourced.
