Fight Night - Must implement 2 functions

Part 1- Define a Python function that takes a list of integers that are greater than or equal to 0 as input. The integers represent the "energy levels" of a set of fighters. The function must select a random element in the list and decrease it by 1 if the element is positive. The function does not have to return a value. Use the main() method to test your function. The header of your function might look like this

def hit_random_fighter(energies):

Part 2- Define a Python function that takes a list of integers that are greater than or equal to 0 as input. The integers represent the "energy levels" of a set of fighters. An energy level of 0 implies that the fighter at that position in the list has been knocked out. The function must repeatedly (perhaps using a while loop) invoke the above hit_random_fighter() function. Once the energy level of all of the fighters is at 0, the function must return. For 5 Extra Credit points: Have the function return the index of the fighter that got knocked out last (i.e., the winner).
