Define a function countALLlist(..) which receives a list of strings (where each string contains only digits) and returns a list with 10 values. The first number is the number of times that the character "0" appears in the strings, the second number the number of times the character "1" is present in the strings , etc. The last number in the returned list is the number of times that the character "9" appears in the strings.

As an example, the following code fragment:

lres= countALLlist(["111","2222","009"])

print(lres)

should produce the output:

[2, 3, 4, 0, 0, 0, 0, 0, 0, 1]
