Abigail- Language and Literacy Intervention

Abigail is an 8-year-old who presents with mild-moderate receptive and expressive language deficits and severely impaired phonological awareness, reading, and writing skills. In this video, the SLP targets grapheme/phoneme correspondence knowledge, sound substitution and discrimination tasks, syllable identification, high-frequency and irregular word reading skills, spelling sounds in isolation, spelling words, and writing sentences. The SLP also targets vocabulary-building activities.
