Ziggy uses his cell phone to conduct his illegal drug business. He usually talks on the phone while in his home or personal vehicle, but he went on a cross-country train trip and conducted some business while in his sleeping cabin and also while in the train's outdoor smoking section. Unbeknownst to him, there was an electronic recording device in his sleeping cabin and a human informant listening to him in the smoking section. When the train stopped, Ziggy was detained by D.E.A. agents (federal).

Ziggy (mentioned above) was staying with Jazzy who had rented a lakefront home through Air B&B. In the middle of the night, D.E.A. agents knocked on the front door, yelled out, "Arrest warrant, open up," waited five seconds, then stormed inside, finding Ziggy on the toilet with a look of complete shock on his face. The arrest warrant had Ziggy's correct name and listed the lakefront home as his "most recent address".
