Started playing tackle football for the freshman high school team 3 weeks ago and has been having pain for 5 days now. He recalls being hit hard in one play and not being able to continue practicing that day. He has an antalgic gait and cannot put much weight on his right leg.. Mild ecchymosis on his lateral hip and edema anteriorly. Significantly decreased A/PROM. Did not report hip popping out.
